(1)
The Registrar shall open for the purposes of this Act two series of books, to be known respectively as—
(a)
the register of grants; and
(b)
the register of State leases,

In its application to the Federal Territory of Labuan—
(1)
at the end of subsection (1), substitute for the colon a full stop;
(2)
delete the proviso to subsection (1).
