Section 180
(1)
Where approval of the State Authority to alienation of any land whether under this Act or under the provisions of any previous land law has been given, subject to subsection 80(3), documents of qualified title shall be prepared, registered and issued by the Land Administrator or Registrar, as the case may be.
(2)
Before the registration of qualified title under subsection (1)
all items of land revenue specified in paragraphs 81(1)(a) to (d)
shall be paid in respect of the land.
