Section 97
(1)
Where any rent payable in respect of any alienated land is in arrear, the Land Administrator may cause to be served on the proprietor thereof a notice of demand in Form 6a.
(2)
A note of the service of any such notice shall be endorsed, by or at the instance of the Land Administrator, on the register document of title to the land to which the notice relates.
