Section 184

Section 183 shall have effect, with the necessary modifications, for the purpose of enabling qualified title to be applied for and issued in respect of the individual portions into which any alienated land is to be partitioned pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part Nine.

Power of Registrar or Land Administrator relating to the issuance of final title upon partition 184a.  Notwithstanding that an application made under section 184

is for qualified title, the Registrar or the Land Administrator, as the case may be, may, where it appears just and expedient, dispense with the issuance of qualified title and proceed to prepare, register and issue final title in respect of the individual portion.
