Section 261
(1)
Upon receiving any application under subsection 260(2), the Land Administrator shall—
(a)
appoint a time and place for the holding of an enquiry with respect thereto;
(b)
notify the chargee of the time and place so appointed;
and
(c)
cause a summons to be served on the chargor, requiring him to appear at the enquiry and show cause why the order should not be made.
(2)
The provisions of Chapter 4 of Part Two shall have effect in relation to any enquiry held, or proposed to be held, under this section with the omission of section 27 (which relates to the advertisement of enquiries), and subject also to section 262.
