Section 63
(1)
The State Authority may, on an application made by the officer for the time being having the control of any reserved land, or by any other person or body who has first obtained the approval of that officer, from time to time grant leases of the whole or any part thereof for any period not exceeding twenty-one years.
(2)
Any lease granted under this section shall be in Form 4e;
and any such lease shall have effect subject to such express conditions or other provisions as may be contained therein and, so far as not inconsistent therewith, to any other conditions or provisions which may be prescribed.
