Duration, conditions, etc., and form of permits
of National Land Code (Revised - 2020)
(1)
Except in so far as it is otherwise prescribed, every permit to extract, remove and transport rock material shall be issued for a term expiring not later than the end of the calendar year in which it commences, and shall terminate at the expiry of that term even though the total quantity of rock material specified therein has not by then been extracted, removed and transported.
(2)
Every permit to extract, remove and transport rock material shall have effect subject to such provisions as may be contained therein and, so far as not inconsistent therewith, to any other provisions which may be prescribed.
(3)
Every permit to extract, remove and transport rock material shall be in Form 4c.
