(2)

For the purposes of this section an "immediate danger to human life" arises when there is reason to believe that if the wild animal is not shot killed or taken it may cause loss of human life.

(3)

Where pursuant to this section any person shoots kills or takes any wild animal with the object of saving human life he shall (unless he is licensed to shoot kill or take the wild animal) forthwith report the matter to any officer or an authorized officer and where the person wounds the wild animal the provisions of section 102 shall apply.

(4)

Any wild animal shot killed or taken in pursuance of this section shall be the property of the State and shall without delay be handed to the Game Warden or an authorized officer.
