Section 63

Where a wild animal or a wild bird is found in any building it shall be deemed until the contrary is proved that the occupier of the building is in possession of the wild animal or the wild bird and where there is more than one occupier in the building the occupier of the portion in which the wild animal or the wild bird is found shall be deemed until the contrary is proved to be the occupier for the purposes of this section.
