Where a person is convicted of an offence under this Act for shooting killing or taking a wild animal or a wild bird or for attempting to commit the offence it shall be presumed until the contrary is proved that any other person was abetting the convicted person if the other person at the time the offence was committed-
(a)
was found in the company of the convicted person; and or
(b)
was carrying a poison poisoned bait decoy net birdlime firearm blowpipe bow and arrow spear catapult or any other weapon (whether of the same genus or not) capable of shooting killing or taking any wild animal or wild bird.
