Section 57

Where any person is found setting placing using or is otherwise in possession of any animal or bird (wild or otherwise) in such circumstances that there is reason to suspect that the person is using the animal or the bird as decoy or bait for the purpose of attracting any wild animal or wild bird, it shall be presumed until the contrary is proved that the person was attempting to shoot kill or take a wild animal or a wild bird.
