Subsection 52(2) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by inserting after the words “nearest police station”
the words “or in any other manner prescribed by the Minister after consultation with the Minister charged with the responsibility for home affairs”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “if so required, the certificate of insurance issued under section 90 of this Act”
the words “certificate of insurance issued under section 90, if so required”.
