Section 72 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in paragraph (4)(gg), by inserting after the words
“under this Act” the words “to other place at the risk of the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle may be detained unless the prescribed fee has been paid”; and
(b)
in subsection (7), by substituting for the words
“three hundred ringgit” the words “five hundred ringgit”.
