Section 152
(a)
an application for the registration of trademark;
(b)
notice of opposition;
(c)
counterstatement; or
(d)
any documents as the Registrar thinks fit.
(2)
An amendment applied under subsection (1), shall not be permitted, under this section if the amendment would substantially affect—
(a)
the identity of the trademark as specified in the application before amendment or without extending in any way the rights given by the existing registration of trademark;
or
(b)
the content of the documents filed with the Trademarks
Office.
