Section 156
(1)
In accordance with the regulations, the Registrar may—
(a)
require that specified information in a document that has been filed, or is to be filed, in relation to a trademark be held in the Trademarks Office confidentially;
(b)
make such a requirement subject to specified conditions or limitations; and
(c)
vary or revoke such a requirement, condition or limitation.
(2)
For the purposes of this section, procedures in connection with the making, varying or revoking of any requirements, conditions or limitations shall be as prescribed.
