Section 158
Costs awarded by Registrar
In all proceedings before the Registrar, the Registrar shall have power to award to any party such costs including taxation of the costs as he may consider reasonable and to direct how and by what parties they are to be paid, and any such order may, by leave of the Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order of the Court to the same effect.
(2)
A party to any proceedings before a Registrar who is desirous to obtain costs or to have the costs taxed shall apply to the
Registrar in the prescribed manner.
(3)
Costs awarded by the Registrar under subsection (1) may, in default of payment be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due by the person against whom the costs were accorded to the person in whose favour they were accorded.
