Section 170
(1)
Section 63 of this Act applies as from the commencement of this Act to an existing registered mark of which two or more persons were immediately before commencement of this Act registered as joint proprietors.
(2)
Where two or more persons are registered as joint proprietors under section 21 of the repealed Act shall continue to exist as if this
Act has not been enacted.
