Trademarks registered according to old classification

Section 175
(1)
The Registrar may exercise the powers conferred by regulations under section 162 of this Act to secure that any existing registered marks which do not conform to the system of classification as prescribed under section 19 of this Act are brought into conformity with that system.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall apply to existing registered marks classified in accordance with the classification as specified in Third
Schedule of the Trade Marks Regulations 1997 [P.U. (A) 460/1997].
