Pending applications for registration

(2)
Section 22 of the repealed Act shall be disregarded after the commencement of this Act for an application for registration.
(3)
Sections 34 and 35 of this Act shall apply to an application for registration of a mark under the repealed Act which is pending publication on the commencement of this Act.
(4)
Sections 32, 33 and 155 of this Act shall apply to an application for registration of a mark under the repealed Act which is pending registration on the commencement of this Act.
(5)
Section 37 or 38 of this Act may be applied in relation to an application for registration of a mark under the repealed Act which is pending registration on the commencement of this Act.
