Existing registered marks
(2)
Any existing registered mark registered as a certification trade mark in the Register kept under the repealed Act shall be a registered certification mark for the purposes of this Act.
(3)
Any existing registered mark registered as a series of trade marks in the Register kept under the repealed Act shall be similarly registered in the Register kept under this Act for the purposes of

this Act.
(4)
Any indication that an existing registered mark is associated with any other mark shall cease to have effect on the commencement of this Act.
(5)
A condition, disclaimer or limitation entered into the
Register under the repealed Act in relation to an existing registered mark immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be incorporated into the Register kept under this Act and have effect as if entered into the Register pursuant to section 36 of this Act.
(6)
Sections 37 and 38 of this Act may be applied in relation to an existing registered mark under the repealed Act on the commencement of this Act.
