Section 61
(1)
The Board shall be the executive body of the Institute and may exercise all the powers conferred on the Institute, save as otherwise provided by this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
(2)
The functions of the Board shall include the carrying on of all such activities and the doing of all such things as are necessary or advantageous and proper for the government, control and administration of the Institute.
