Delegation of functions and powers of the Board

Section 65
(1)
The Board may, subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as it thinks fit, delegate any of its functions or powers to any member or any committee of its members.
(2)
Any function and power delegated under this section shall be performed and exercised in the name and on behalf of the
Board.
(3)
A delegation under this section shall not preclude the
Board itself from performing or exercising at any time any of the delegated functions or powers.
