(2)
The Board may appoint any person to be a member of any committee established under subsection (1).
(3)
A committee established under this section may elect any of its members to be a chairman and may regulate its own procedure and, in exercising its powers under this subsection, the committee shall be subject to and act in accordance with any direction given to the committee by the Board.

(4)
Meetings of a committee established under this section shall be held at such time and place as the chairman of the committee may determine, subject to subsection (3).
(5)
A committee may invite any person who is not a member of the committee to attend any of its meeting, for the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion but that person shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting.
(6)
Members of the committee or any person invited under subsection (5) to attend any meeting of a committee may be paid any allowances and other expenses as the Board may determine.
(7)
A member of a committee shall hold office for such term as may be specified in his letter of appointment and is eligible for reappointment.
(8)
The Board may revoke the appointment of any member of a committee without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(9)
A member of a committee may at any time resign by giving a notice in writing to the Chairman of the Board.
