Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 63
(1)
The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Board other than members under paragraphs 60(1)(b)
and (c), without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(2)
A member of the Board, other than members under paragraphs 60(1)(b) and (c), may at any time resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.
