Section 70
(1)
The Minister shall appoint a Chief Executive Officer on such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine to carry out the functions of the Institute.
(2)
The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of the functions and the day to day affairs of the Institute.
(3)
The Chief Executive Officer shall have general control of the other officers of the Institute.
(4)
The Chief Executive Officer shall perform such further duties as the Minister and the Board may direct from time to time.
(5)
In discharging his duties, the Chief Executive Officer shall act under the general authority and directions of the Board.
