Section 73
Expenditure to be charged on Fund
of Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007
The Fund shall be expended for the following purposes:
(a)
paying for the remuneration, allowances and other expenses of the members and officers of the Institute, including the granting of loans and advances, superannuation allowances, retirement benefits, pensions and gratuities;
(b)
paying an expenditure lawfully incurred by the Institute including legal fees and costs and other fees and costs;

(c)
paying any other expenses, costs or other payments properly incurred, accepted or deemed fit by the Institute in the performance of its functions;
(d)
acquiring land and any assets, and erecting buildings, and carrying out any other works in the performance of its functions; and
(e)
generally, paying any expenses for carrying out its functions.
