Section 71
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer, with the approval of the
Board, may appoint such number of officers as he thinks desirable and necessary, who shall be paid such remuneration, allowances and benefits, and whose appointment shall be, on such terms as the Board considers appropriate for carrying out the functions of the Institute.

The Chief Executive Officer shall, with the approval of the Board, determine the terms of service of its officers subject to the regulation and consent of the Minister of Finance.
