Minister may vary conditions

Section 20
The Minister may at any time—
(a)
vary, cancel, alter or add to any of the conditions under—
(i)
paragraph 10(1)(a);
(ii)
paragraphs 12(1)(a) and (b);
(iii)
subsection 18(6); and
(iv)
subsection 19(6); or
(b)
impose any new or additional condition under the provisions set out in paragraph (a), as the Minister may deem fit for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
