Section 17
It shall be the duty of every company to supply when so requested by the Registrar General, within a period as may be determined by him, particulars—
(a)
of any financial interest whatsoever which any other person has in the business of the company or the right which any other person has to nominate any director of the company;
and
(b)
of any interest or right which the company has in the business of any other person whether relating to education or otherwise.
