Registrar General to make recommendations to Minister

Section 8
The Registrar General shall, on an application having been duly made in accordance with sections 6 and 7, and after being provided with all such information, particulars and documents as he may require under those sections—
(a)
take the necessary action to vet the application;
(b)
approve the constitution; and
(c)
make recommendations to the Minister on whether the approval should be granted or refused and the conditions, if any, to be imposed by the Minister.
