Conversion of provisional certificates of registration
of Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996

Section 97
(1)
A provisional certificate of registration issued or deemed to have been issued to a private higher educational institution under the
Education Act 1996, shall be converted to and deemed to be a certificate of registration issued under this Act.
(2)
In addition to a condition that may be imposed under any provision of this Act, the private higher educational institution shall also comply with any other condition as the Registrar General may, from time to time, impose.
