Section 57

The Court may make such order as to the costs of the inquiry and may include in the order such remuneration to any medical officer or registered medical practitioner as the Court deems reasonable but no order for the payment of costs shall be made against the Minister or against any public officer nominated by the

Minister under subsection 52(3).
