Section 66
Dissolution and disposal of property or partnership
(1)
Where a member of a partnership is mentally disordered person, the Court may, on an application of the other partners or of any other person who appears to the Court to be entitled to require the dissolution, dissolve the partnership.
(2)
Upon the dissolution of the partnership under subsection (1)
or upon the dissolution of the partnership by an order of any Court or by due course of law, the committee of the estate of the mentally disordered person may, in the name and on behalf of the mentally disordered person, join with the other partners in disposing of the partnership property upon such terms, and shall do all acts for carrying into effect the dissolution of the partnership, as the Court deems proper.
