Section 63
Dealing with mentally disordered person’s property
The Court may, if it appears to the Court to be just or for the benefit of the mentally disordered person, order that any property, movable or immovable, and whether in possession, reversion, remainder, contingency or expectancy, be sold or charged or otherwise disposed of as seem most expedient for the purpose of raising money to be applied for any of the following purposes:

(a)
the payment of his debts, including any debt or expenditure incurred for his maintenance or for his benefit;
(b)
the discharge of any encumbrance on his estate;
(c)
the payment of or provision for the expenses of his future maintenance and the maintenance of his family, including the expenses of his removal to any place in or outside Malaysia and all related expenses;
(d)
the payment of the costs of any proceedings under this
Act and of any costs incurred by order or under the authority of the Court.
