Section 93

Where any discretionary power is given to the Registrar by this Act, he shall not exercise the power to adversely affect the applicant for the registration of a geographical indication or the registered proprietor of a geographical indication in question without, if duly required to do so within the period as specified in any written notice, giving to the applicant or registered proprietor, as the case may be, an opportunity to be heard.
