Section 94
(1)
In all proceedings before the Registrar, the Registrar shall have the power to award to any party such costs including taxation of the costs as he may consider reasonable and to direct how and by what parties they are to be paid, and any such order may, by leave of the Court, be enforced in the same manner and to the same effect as a judgment or order of the Court.
(2)
A party to any proceedings before a Registrar who is desirous to obtain the costs or to have the costs taxed shall apply to the Registrar in the prescribed manner.
(3)
The costs awarded by the Registrar under subsection (1)
may, in default of payment, be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt.
