Section 111
Conditions, etc., applicable after category of land use imposed under section 54
of National Land Code (Revised - 2020)
Where any land alienated before the commencement of this
Act becomes subject to any category of land use by virtue of a notification under section 54—
(a)
it shall remain subject to the same restrictions in interest, if any, as were applicable thereto immediately before the category was imposed, but
(b)
in accordance with subsection (3) of that section, the conditions to which it is subject shall become as follows:
(i)
such express conditions, if any, as the State
Authority may have directed under section 123;
and
(ii)
the conditions implied by section 114, and
(according to the category of land use in question)
by section 115, 116 or 117.

Subsection 112(1)
In its application to the Federal Territory of Kuala
Lumpur, the reference to the “State Authority”
shall be construed as reference to the “Selangor
State Authority”.
In its application to the Federal Territory of Putrajaya, reference to “State Authority” shall be construed as reference to “Selangor State Authority”.
Subsection 112(2)
In its application to the Federal Territory of Labuan—
(1)
at the end of paragraph (b), after the semicolon, insert the word “and”;
(2)
at the end of paragraph (c), substitute for the words “; and” a full stop;
(3)
delete paragraph (d).
