Manner in which changes may be effected
of National Land Code (Revised - 2020)
The conditions and restrictions in interest applicable to any alienated land shall, after becoming fixed by the operation of any of the preceding provisions of this Chapter, be subject to all such changes as may result from—
(a)
the granting of any application by the proprietor under subsection 124(1); or
(b)
the carrying into effect of any direction given by the
State Authority under subsection 147(3) on sanctioning the amalgamation of the land with other land.
