Section 227
(1)
The interest of any lessee, sublessee or tenant shall, whether or not it takes effect in possession, vest in him on the registration of the lease or sublease or, as the case may be, the grant of the tenancy.
(2)
The said interest shall include the benefit of all registered interests then enjoyed with the land to which it relates.
