Cancellation and postponement of enquiries, and change of venue
of National Land Code (Revised - 2020)
(1)
The Land Administrator may at any time cancel or postpone the holding of any proposed enquiry, or change the venue thereof.

(2)
Any person or body claiming to be interested in the subject matter of any proposed enquiry may, by registered letter addressed to the Land Administrator, apply for a postponement or change of venue under this section.
(3)
Every application under subsection (2) shall state the reasons for which the postponement or change of venue is sought, and shall indicate also the nature of any evidence proposed to be given or adduced by or on behalf of the applicant.
(4)
Notice of any cancellation, postponement or change of venue under this section shall be given by the Land Administrator to every person or body on whom notice of the enquiry has been served pursuant to section 27, and in such other manner as he may consider appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
