Section 108
Articles or packages deposited in a cloakroom will be handed over to the person producing and surrendering an appropriate cloakroom ticket subject to payment of all charges which have or may become payable in respect of the articles or packages.
(b)
Production of the cloakroom ticket shall be sufficient authority for the railway servant in charge of the cloakroom to deliver up the articles or packages referred to on the cloakroom ticket and once delivery has been so effected the Railway Department cannot be held accountable in respect of such articles or packages.
(c)
A depositor wishing to take out of the cloakroom one or more of the articles deposited may do so on

production of the cloakroom ticket for endorsement by the railway servant in charge of the cloakroom. The depositor is required also to sign for the articles or packages removed on the counterfoil of the cloakroom ticket.
