Section 117
(a)
Wagons not loaded, or unloaded within twenty-four hours from the time the wagons are placed in position for loading or unloading will, subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) of this rule, incur demurrage charges at the following rates:
Period of Detention
Demurrage charges per day or part thereof per 4- wheel wagon
RM per bogie wagon
First and second day of detention after a free period of twenty-four hours …
