Section 109

If a cloakroom ticket is lost or cannot be produced the owner or depositor claiming the articles or packages deposited is required to prove ownership of such articles or packages to the satisfaction of the Station Master. The person will be required to sign for the articles or packages and may also be required to sign a bond indemnifying the

Railway Department against any claims which may arise in respect of such articles or packages.
