Section 119
(a)
Tarpaulins, when available, may be hired for the purpose of covering on Railway premises goods received by rail or waiting to be forwarded by rail at a charge of RM5.00 per tarpaulin, per day.
(b)
Railway tarpaulins may not be used, except by special arrangements, to cover offensive goods or goods which are likely to damage the tarpaulins by piercing, tearing, chemical action or otherwise.
(c)
Charges for sheeting traffic are provided in rule 95.
