Section 119b of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the colon after the words
“Third Schedule” a full stop; and
(ii)
by deleting the proviso; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), any outstanding matter or case in relation to a particular motor vehicle of a person shall not affect any other motor vehicle registered under his name.”.
