Section 36

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 119b the following section:

“Prohibition of motor vehicle from entry into or exit from

Malaysia 119c.  The Director General, police officer or road transport officer may prohibit any motor vehicle registered in Malaysia under this Act from entry into or exit from Malaysia if there is any outstanding matter or case relating to any contravention of or offence against this Act, the Commercial Vehicles

Licensing Board Act 1987 or the Land Public Transport Act 2010.”.
