Subsection 127(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in paragraph (s), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph a semicolon; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (s) the following paragraph:
“(t) the procedure of detention of any micromobility vehicle in respect of which an offence has been committed under this Act.”.
