Section 101

Whoever gives false evidence or falsifies any statement either orally or in writing which relates to the Syariah Courts Enactment 2024, the Majlis Ugama Islam Negeri Sabah

Enactment 2004 and any other written law relating to Hukum Syarak shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
