Section 88

A maiden who, without reasonable cause under Hukum Syarak, escapes from the custody of her parents or guardian or person who has her care shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
