Section 81A

Except in circumstances which require li'an, whoever accuses any person of committing zina without producing four witnesses or ikrar of the accused person in accordance with Hukum Syarak shall be guilty of an offence of qazaf and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
